Referral Program

As a physician assistant, I can't directly incentivize referrals. I can conduct a drawing to win good sand services. Drawings are held bimonthly. 

For each person you refer, you get one entry into the drawing. 

A typical giveaway is valued at or above $500 worth of goods and services.
